Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Haze. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help. This policy explains our 30-day guarantee, how returns work, and your rights.
1. Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with any tags attached.
2. How to start a return
Email us at corvexsoporte@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us - returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability. The fastest way is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return cost.
7. Items that can't be returned
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once worn, washed, or with hygiene seals removed, unless they are faulty. Final-sale or clearance items (if marked) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
8. Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
