Shipping Policy
Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Haze order will arrive.
1. Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. No minimum spend required.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
3. Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery for standard shipping within Australia is 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, your location, weather, and other factors outside our control.
4. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
5. Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to carrier issues, high demand, or events beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate for you.
6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
7. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check around your property and with neighbours, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.
